1. Operational Terms

By engaging 317 Agency ("we", "our", "us") for brand protection, secure infrastructure setup, or appeal operations, you ("client", "user") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern all access parameters, case requests, and technical integrations.

2. Client Representation & Authorization

To perform brand enforcement actions, trademark registrations, or platform appeals on your behalf, you must provide valid proof of ownership, active authorization credentials, and official corporate documentation. You warrant that all evidence, trademarks, and documentation provided to us are accurate, valid, and lawfully owned by your brand.

3. Service Boundaries & Policy Disclaimer

317 Agency operates strictly within Meta's official policy guidelines.

  • No Guaranteed Outcomes: We do not guarantee approval for Meta Brand Rights Protection, account verification badges, or the recovery of suspended assets. All final decisions rest with Meta Platforms.
  • Official Channels Only: We do not claim, use, or possess "secret backdoor access" or unofficial support channels. All actions are executed through documented policy pathways, official partner logs, and escalation registries.

4. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Under our secure priority consultation framework, we guarantee an initial review of submitted cases in under 2 hours. Appeal execution timelines depend on the technical complexity of the case logs and platform queue response states.

5. Term and Termination

Either party may terminate the operational engagement at any time upon written notice. Upon termination, all partner delegation credentials must be revoked, and 317 Agency will immediately purge or archive all secure client dossiers according to our compliance standards.
